Olcon (Olenegorsk Mining and Processing Plant) — the northernmost producer of iron ore concentrate in Russia. It develops the deposits of the Zaimandrovsky iron ore region, located on the Kola Peninsula (Murmansk region) in the vicinity of Olenegorsk.
The plant is part of the mining division of PAO Severstal.
Like production, the social sphere at Olcon has a priority status.
Over 1.9 thousand people work at the plant. The wages of employees in recent years have been constantly growing and are competitive.
