On November 7, Severstal, with Severgroup Business System Competence Center, held the first educational seminar to exchange best sustainability practices with partner companies.
During the training, experts, management and invited speakers exchanged insights on sustainability practices, as well as their experience in implementing ESG strategies and KPIs.
Also, companies representatives took part in brainstorming sessions aimed at developing the applied skills and solving ESG issues that are relevant for their companies, such as climate projects implementation and Occupational health and safety (OHS) management systems development.
Vladimir Zaluzhsky, the Head of the PR and IR in Severstal, commented:
“Severstal plans to continue regular training and educational events on sustainability topics for employees and partners, acting as a center of expertise and disseminating best practices formed over the years of active implementation of environmental and social projects”.
