The service metal center of Izhora Pipe Plant is located on the territory of the Izhora Plants industrial zone of the Kolpino district of St. Petersburg.
Part of the Severstal Russian Steel division. It is a structural subdivision of Izhora Pipe Plant (the sole executive body is AO Severstal Management).
The launch of the enterprise took place on September 5, 2008. The production complex specializes in the production of steel blanks for the needs of mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, and the construction industry.
