All proposals submitted by employees to the «Idea Factory» are registered and considered by the technical council. For ideas accepted for implementation, points are awarded, which participants can exchange for gifts, a number of social services or donate to charity.

The authors of technical or organizational solutions that provide a significant economic, technical or other positive effect, after implementing their proposals, receive a monetary reward.
